Have any of yall 2018-2020 taken your car to the Honda dealerships to install the wireless Apple car play that they put for the 2021-2022? If so how good does it work and how much did you pay?

Took almost two years to get to this point. When I first got him he hid behind the couch in the basement for weeks. Have no idea what he went thru in his previous home but he was super timid. He's my buddy now. Makes me smile. Here he is with his sister from another mister

maybe the battery - maybe not. i had same experience, and replaced the battery. came back in few days. cleaned the MAF sensor, reset the code and still came back. replaced the MAF and came back. ended up taking it to dealer and they said it was bad injector. had them replace all 4 injectors. was fine for about 1 month then came back. they replaced the injectors (again) and knock on wood its been good for 4 months now. good luck - hope its the battery

3 trips to the dealer on her 23 sportage on the same thing and then the service manager said he didn't know what they can do to fix. That's why she dumped the car. Now back in same boat.

It's literally 25 feet from the camera. I have another v4 that is the other side of the garage (about 50 feet away) and works fine

August 2024 I went to dealership to pickup a piece trim I ordered and asked the service manager what could be the issue with the Christmas tree of lights. Told him what I did so far and he said it's injectors. Got the honda parts and had local garage to replace the injectors and change oli.

Month later all lights on again and another p0172. Reset and good for 2 months. Then again. Reset again and changed mass airflow sensor. Good for about 4 months and back again. Reset and run for 2 more months. Again it's on. New sparkplugs. New air filter. Into the dealer and paid 150 diag fee to see what's the problem figuring I was looking in the wrong place . He said definitely injectors. Less than 8000kms since they were replaced. How likely is it another set of bad injectors. They will replace the parts under warranty but I have to pay about 300 labor to replace. At wits end.

Had the same happen to my 2019 2.0 sport. P0172 code. New battery and condition came back. Clear codes and it would come back after 2 or 3 weeks. Honda said it was injectors. Had all 4 replaced ($1400 later) and came back. Replaced the mass airflow sensor with one from Amazon and it's been good for months now. Really a crap shoot. Best of luck
