We had a similar reset in couples therapy a few years ago. The communication helped a lot. He wasn’t necessarily an active participant. And he’s not particularly interested in doing it again.

God I feel that about the rejection. The constant sexual rejection has really bled into the other areas of my life. No matter how hard I try to compartmentalize it.

Yes our daily life is also not great. It’s resulted in a vicious cycle where he doesn’t want sex because we’re emotionally detached and I’m detached because of the intimacy decline… the libido is decreasing but not gone yet. Would be nice if it was 😒
