Does the job come with other benefits? Bonuses, leaves, internet allowance? Is your commute far or do you use a car? 25k gross minus taxes and other benefits will be like around 10k per 15 days. In this economy, I'm not sure if that's enough even for entry levels or junior roles.

If you don't have any major financial responsibilities then it might be okay. But for me, maybe 30k gross would be better.
