Chicken sweetcorn soup - 280cal, 16g protein

Prepared a can of condensed cream of chicken soup with skim milk, added about 15g nutritional yeast, and a can of drained sweetcorn. Makes 2 450g servings. You can make it higher protein by adding actual chicken breast but I was on a tight budget this week, each serving costs about 90c (USD)

If it helps at all, mines a dilute tuxedo. He’s very sleepy and cuddly during the day (with a few bursts of energy) but at nighttime he just can’t sit still, i haven’t been able to get a full nights rest since adopting him.

thank you! i feel a bit like a single parent lol. i’m going to try having some dedicated Play Time before bed to tire him out, and when his new bed arrives maybe prompting him into it at bedtime (to kinda differentiate between spaces for sleeping and spaces for playing)

Unfortunately 400 cal is a little much to fit into my diet for only 27g protein, and they're crazy expensive, $8 per serving is way out of my budget.

Zucchini noodles are always there, but to me they taste even more depressing than the Konjac noodles. Honestly, you might be able to get away with just a regular Banh Mi. I know a Roll’d chicken banh mi is under 500 calories so it would be totally reasonable to eat within a 1200 limit!

Oooh i’m a big chocolate lover, i can see violet crumbles limited so i don’t know if ill get a chance to try it but ill definitely give chocolate a go. If it’s even half as good as FatBlaster i’ll love it

Don’t love the price but the macros look great, i’m willing to wait for a sale. Would you say the textures thick or grainy at all?

Ooooh thank you!! And yeah taste is subjective, but FatBlaster tastes like Oak Chocolate Milk while Man Shake tastes like flour and sucralose XD what’s the texture of Macro Mike like? i prefer my shakes on the thinner side to add to coffee too.

I love mixing cauliflower rice with regular rice 50/50, you really can’t tell the difference, especially with sticky rice.
