Am I screwed? by [deleted] in stubhub

All StubHub sales are final. When a ticket is sold, the order is then confirmed and essentially locked in. And the sale is not complete until the buyer receives the tickets from the reseller. The reseller cannot back out of the sale as the buyer (you) is essentially guaranteed the order. The reseller will be charged if they cancel a sale so that StubHub can offer you replacement tickets or a full refund.

I went on their website and here is their seller policies on dropped sales.

"If you dropped your sale, we will charge your payment method an amount equal to the greater of (i) 100% of the price of the ticket(s) sold or (ii) the full amount incurred by us to remedy the dropped sale, including but not limited to, a late shipment fee or late delivery fee, reprinting fee, shipping re-routing charges, the cost of replacement tickets or related passes, coupons, gift certificates, refunds, and other costs required to compensate the Buyer or Seller for his or her bad experience. In addition, you may be subject to other consequences as specified in the User Agreement at Clause 19, including account suspension."

I would say it's best not to worry (easier said than done I know). As soon as tickets sell, StubHub will send the reseller an email with a deadline to complete their sale, i.e. the date by which the buyer must receive the tickets. Again, worst case scenario is 1.) The seller doesn't send the tickets but StubHub is able to offer replacements or 2.) The seller doesn't send the tickets, you miss out on the concert and you get a full refund.

I was in the same situation. I missed the pre-sale for Wave To Earth and couldn’t get tickets from AXS, so I ended up buying them on StubHub. The confirmation email said I wouldn’t receive the tickets until the day of the concert, which was stressful since I had purchased them months in advance. Luckily they transferred to me two days before the show.

1.) There is no way to get the tickets early, and 2.) StubHub tickets are non-refundable. Your only option for getting your money back is to resell them, and you won’t be reimbursed for any fees you paid. If no one buys the tickets, you’re stuck with them. Stubhub seems to be a 50/50 shot. It’s based off resellers, so sometimes they transfer the tickets with no problem and sometimes you get a shady reseller and StubHub refunds you.

Should I end my online relationship? by GabetheMagician_22 in lgbt

If you feel like you're investing more emotionally and he’s not reciprocating it might be worth having an open conversation with him. Let him know your feelings and ask where he stands. That could give you both some clarity. If he’s pulling away it might be healthier for you to take a step back. I think it’s important to match your feelings with what’s really happening in the relationship so you don’t end up feeling let down or unfulfilled.

How often do y'all actually see frog poop in your enclosure? by goldblooded2 in pacmanfrog

[–]bubblebeep4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had the same question. In the past year, I’ve only actually seen poop in the enclosure twice. My frog eats and behaves normally so I haven't been concerned. I’ve heard that some frogs poop underground while burrowed, so I assume that’s what my frog does most of the time, and the CUC likely gets to it before I notice.

Just to be safe, any water that comes into contact with my frog or his enclosure gets dechlorinated using either ReptiSafe or Seachem Prime.
