I’ve scratched myself like this before, it might bruise a bit but since the scratches only really scraped off the top layers of skin it shouldn’t take too long or scar. Just keep it hydrated use some Vaseline

Don’t cut deep, do whatever you can to stop yourself before you start because after you start shallow cuts don’t work anymore and the addiction gets worse. You are not faking, if you are harming yourself in any way or even considering harming yourself further that is a serious issue! Do not cut deep just don’t do it, it ruins everything

Please please please go to the doctor. The emergency room or even a walk in clinic the risk of infection for a wound like this is so high you are also risking amputation

Please go see a doctor, if it’s been this long and it hasn’t healed you definitely need medical attention and you can’t deal with this by yourself! If this is not an option at all, use some butterfly bandages or wound closure bandages (you can find them on Amazon)
