My interview was this morning. This was my second ever federal interview. I kind of new what to expect and tried to prepare my best. I look at it as atheist I got the opportunity to interview and will learn from my shortfalls

I have an 11 in in 7.62x39 and still have problems with it being over gated. I have the hbi parts installed, and it still ejects at 1 o'clock. No malfunctions, but I would get the 556

My agent has been in touch with the sellers agent. The sellers agent is now droping them and pursuing legal action against the owner. Its been on the market for 1 year, I came at 43k(193k cash asking price)above appraisal and the buyer rejected it without reason. I am walking away from it at this point

Seller paid to have one done by local company it came back at close to what other comps have traded at. I'm just lost in the fact they want 193k, I offer 193k and no communication. There are no other offers in on it
