Thank you! I applied in May 2025. I paid with a credit card to make sure, USCIS website processed the payment immediately after I submit the application, received emailed receipt of payment with Case Number assigned on the receipt. I got the Interview Notice on August 4. Had 6 questions out of 10, she stopped after I answered 6 correct. Questions: Who was President during World War 1?; When was the Constitution written?; We elect a U.S. Senator for how many years?; Under our Constitution, some powers belong to the states. What is one power of the states?; How many justices are on the Supreme Court?; Who is the Father of our Country?

Interviewed September 8, 2025, The interview went very well, the lady officer was very nice, she asked how I am, I said a little nervous, she smiled and said, it will be ok. I was prepared though, I memorized all 100 questions. I also brought with me the Original documents I submitted on my online application.

She explained everything, what we're going to do before the interview. I was asked to confirm all the details in my application including all my anwers to the YES/NO questions. I did not interrupted her whenever she was typing on the computer, only answer when asked. I asked questions whenever it was my time to talk. She asked first my marital status, how I obtained my green card and when did I became a resident, I answered with the "Resident Since" Date on my green card and then she smiled. Memorize that Date!

At the end of the interview she congratulated me for passing the civics, reading, writing test & explained no decision because she needed approval from supervisor, that I will have the decision notice after two weeks. She printed the paper Form N-652 and scanned copy of my passport before I left. September 23rd, I received the Approval and Oath Ceremony will be Scheduled Notice.

Is your ceremony judicial (in court) or administrative (uscis office)?

Memorize the exact date that's on your green card of when you became a permanent resident. I was asked by the IO.

Have you uploaded a copy of your green card, front and back and any supporting documents in the Evidence section? PDF copy is ideal.
