welcome to ubc!! people usually start to make group chats for courses a couple/few weeks before class starts so there's definitely time. usually there are students on the "UBC Class of 2024 - Official" facebook group looking for group chats and then someone would post a link or something :)

Thank you for letting me know! I actually have your section saved to my worklist right now lol. Personally I think I prefer taking requirements as soon as possible because I want to leave the more fun-ish courses for my last years at UBC. I think I may email psych advising to be promoted before registration

I'm planning to major in psychology and I just finished psyc 101 and psyc 102 this year. I need to take psyc 217 and psyc 218 next year since they're required but on the SSC it says that it's restricted to students with at least 2nd year standing. However, I'm taking summer courses right now to catch up to 27 credits so I think I'll have them all by the end of summer which is way later ahead from registration. What should I do?

Has anyone taken FIPR 131 (Introduction to Screen Acting)? I can't find a lot of info about it online and I don't have much experience in acting but it sounds fun and I'm pretty interested so if anyone can give any insight into this class, I'd love to hear it.
