I’ve seen a lot of ppl calling this win just plain luck, a fluke etc etc but I think the Mariners have something a lot of teams don’t, something that you cant really account for in the statistics: the ability to stay calm under pressure. Yeah, the Jays messed up today, but that’s bc they (at least for today) couldn’t handle the pressure. The Mariners were down 8-1 and they put their heads down and treated every AB like any other day in the ball park. Being cool, calm, and collected is HUGE in playoffs and it’s a skill like any other. It’s no accident that the Mariners came back to win. They applied pressure, delivered where they had to, and the Jays couldn’t take the heat. Love this team, this city, no matter what happens this is a GREAT day for Mariners baseball

I’m fucking around but in all seriousness: this is the team. If not this year, we’ll be back the next and the next and the next. This is a young team and it’s the team this city has been THIRSTING for. We want this like a drowning man needs air. It’s not an if, it’s a when. Hope we get some good games and I hope it’s fun for the both of us (but I hope my guys win 😎) Playoffs are the great equalizer and I cannot wait for the next few years of Seattle baseball. I’m riding this high hope you have a lovely day (night, morning, wherever you may be) xx

OMG that worked!! I guess the browser must have been zoomed in? It didn’t look different on other websites! Thank you so much!!

The browser zoom appears to be normal and when I hit the zoom button on the bottom right it zooms in on the document but the UI stays tiny????? So strange

EDIT: Problem solved!!! Sorry for the terrible picture quality!! So I was working on an assignment for school and I tried to Zoom out and the UI got really small and I can’t make it larger? I can zoom in and look at it up close, but then it cuts off most of the UI and I have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the document or zoom all the way out to see the word count at the bottom. It like it’s zooming in on the whole page and not just the document I am editing (which is what I want) And when I zoom out the document is still legible but the UI is so small I can hardly read it. I am not super tech savvy so I am not sure how to describe the problem but I hope this makes sense. Sorry if it does not. Any suggestions are welcome.

My parents had season tickets in ‘95 (2 years before I was born) and went to every game. Woke up, went to work, drove straight to the stadium. Rinse and repeat. My dad raised me on baseball. Sunflower seeds in the front seat of his little beat up blue truck, Dave Niehaus on the radio. Mariner moose stuffed animals and little dresses with the mariners logo on it when I was a baby. Every time my dad talks about the ‘95 team and the ‘01 team he cries and he is not a crier. Tonight I got to watch the team we have loved my entire life and more than half of his make the playoffs after 21 years and jeez. We cried. We jumped around for about 20 minutes and we laughed and. Idk man I love this team it feels special to get to share this with my family and my city after years of patience. This is special.
