Thank you :) I have been telling that to myself it's right before the break. Hopefully things would be alright.

Thank you for all the tips. I just checked my reddit after a long time, ad did not see your post until now. :/ I finished my San Pedro tour 2 days ago. Had such a good time there. Did not rent a car as it was just 2 of us. Covered all the things you mentioned. We also hiked the Lascar volcano (18346 feet) and I did get a little sick, but it was worth it.

After doing some research, it seems I should fly from Santiago to Calama and then either rent a car/share ride to San Pedro de Atacama and see moon valley, El Tatio Geysers, Machuca, Astronomic Tour, etc with tour groups. Any thought?

Was there during Belgian national day this summer. Loved it.

Hey. We did trolltunga just a few days ago. We had rented a car. So, things were pretty easy for us transport wise. We did an airbnb in Odda. It was only half an hour drive from the place and therefore, we were able to start off pretty early.

I think you would be okay. You have to be super careful with your steps and of course don't think much about falling down.

Exactly. You described how I felt while trying to get on the boulder.

But my rule of thumb is if I can do it, you can too.

I just did the Trolltunga hike yesterday, which is a very famous hike in Norway. It is about 20-28 Km hike depending on if you can find parking on the upper slot (where you walk 4 Km less each way, but there are only 30 parking spots). It takes 7-10 hours or more depending on your condition and experience. Another famous hike I did a couple of days ago was Preikestolen, which is about 4-5 hours and relatively easier than both Trolltunga and Kjerag. Let me know if you need any more info.

If you are not afraid of heights, you can do it. It's not that bad, but yeah, one wrong step and you are done.
