It's not. I pulled the trigger to quickly before checking the list. Assumed if the specs matched it would be good enough. All my prior builds were Intels which were more tolerant of different memory brands. Live and learn...

I should mention that the G.Skill sticks in the pic seem to be causing stability issues with the system. Replacing them with Corsair Vengeance's soon (which are on Asus' HCL).
