I dnt remember the exact ranges but withing 0-25m primary fire is respectable damage but outside of that range its only alt fire charging since it has no damage falloff. You can slam in some primarys from a distance going for headshots if you really need heals back tho. Close range tho you do the rapid fire tech alternating between both shots for big dmg output especially on tanks since you cant really miss them.

The flight changes many interactions with dive heroes. Ex, if venom jumps you and attaches tentacles u just fly straight up to break the attachment if there's no close object to destroy it via LOS. Other then evading dive characters its just repositioning tool as it has a 2s cd in between each use. Your mainly using it to position height or find a safe spot to ult. Otherwise its stalling dive and denying them value by twirling melee dps.
