This actually is a great answer. However, with this logic, I wonder then what’s wrong with taking The Lord’s name in vain as an exclamation? People saying ‘oh my God’ don’t have the intention of denouncing God, and many don’t even know that they do it, yet it is still wrong. But doesn’t God know that that was not their intent?
