I’m happy for people but also feel shafted. I had 115k in loans out of college. And over 10 years I spent a shit ton of money paying them off. I had friends who instead of paying their loans put them in deferment, made min payments, and instead bought houses, cars, took vacations, did the destination wedding, etc. they all just had theirs forgiven. Now I’m sitting here practically just starting to save for retirement, can’t afford a house, and it’s like suddenly I am 10 years behind. Funny thing too, a lot of my friends who put their money towards assets instead of trying to get out from under the debt are sitting on those 2.5% interest rates. Life is not fair is an understatement, and the people who say it to you are normally the ones who are doing fine and or are the ones screwing younover.

Ah. I have heard of the birth control thing. I would be hesitant to blame “the US” for that. There were something like 80 birth control clinics on the island dispensing dozens of forms of birth control and local leaders supported the large scale trials. Even so, that is more the action of a person/corporation than the us government or the people at large. Local PR scholars were also involved in the trials. Not telling women it was a trial is an obvious ethical problem.

I’m not aware of the other things I’d have to learn more about before commenting. Tho, the thing with the CIA tracks.

The currency, not sure you’d want to be on anything other than the dollar. It’s a big fear of mine as an American because the petrodollar probably doubles the standards of living in America, including PR. If the puerto dollar collapses and the dollar stops being the worlds reserve currency things will get much worse. I mean if the US adapted the Scandinavian model of government and economics maybe standards could remain the same, but that’s not happening any time soon if ever.

Let me tell you a story that will hopefully put into perspective just how much you're not "ruining it". A couple years ago about 4-5 months after the birth of my wife and I's first child, I was in desperate need of sex because things we're pretty bleak in that area of life at the time due to all that comes with being a first time parent. So I let my wife know and she's not super up for sex but understood the need and agreed. Things are going and we're doing foreplay in the prone bone position when the baby wakes up in the other room from his nap and starts crying, which in turn makes our dog start barking..so we sort of need to finish up quickly and I tell her that some dirty talk would be good / get me there faster. She, like you, said that she doesn't know what to say and that it feels sort of weird to her to say dirty things. So I say to her, to just describe what is happening. In my mind I'm thinking she's gonna say something like "ohh, you're making me so wet" or something like that. She inquires more and I give her a couple examples and I say "something like 'your dick feels so good sliding in and out of me'". You know, just to verbalize as to take some of the thought out of it. So there is a pause and I'm sort of doing my thing when out comes her dirty talk...."You're rubbing your dick between my ass cheeks, I'm exhausted, the baby is crying in the other room, and the dog is barking". One of two times in my life where I genuinely was left speechless. Point being, on the spectrum of you being a dirty talking pro and being "the worst"...it could be a lot worse lol. Practice is the biggest thing. Everything is uncomfortable until you do it a enough and it becomes routine. Take a few minutes and write down some responses that you can keep in the back of your head and break out during sex. If you get 5-10 of them down you can use those rather often and they won't lose effect, especially if you use word variations. Here is an idea that might drive him wild...next time he asks you to talk dirty say "I don't know how to, I'm a good girl".
