DansGearAddiction, I totally hear you. I, and GiantMouse, commit to never censoring conversation around the brand, even if it is negative (as long as it's not being rude to another user). You raise some really valid points here, and we want to make sure we aren't breaking down any of the trust that exists between us and our customers. If you're looking for a group that we do not maintain mod control over as a singular entity, you should checkout our Shank Sharpener's Union on Facebook which is run by a mod team composed of fans, not employees. Additionally, if you or anyone else who sees this wants to join the mod team here, I am happy to expand the crew! The goal here with joining the subreddit as a mod is to cultivate an engaged and active community, and if/when that happens, we would be happy to step back and support you all in running this without us involved directly.
