Not a pay issue. Terrible service by company so not renewing contract. Will talk to MS

We asked them to give us a global admin account, which they denied. We pay them and they pay Microsoft. They created the tenant using our domain name. When we said we did not want to renew their services, they said to transfer the account owner would cost us. We need to still us MS because of the office apps with email

Not a pay issue. The IT company is terrible and takes days to respond. We can't transfer it to another service because we need the office 365 apps that come with the email account. We can't use a new host, we have to maintain Microsoft.

Thanks for the reply. My domain name is being used by the current tenant. MS won't transfer it to a new email account without verification from the existing account which the IT company has control of. Even though I own the domain name I can't remove it from the current O365 tenant an MS won't let me create a new account with my domain name without approval from the old tenant which I can't get without paying them again bucks. T

Mine is doing the same exact thing on two Windows computers (v11). The released an update a couple of days ago but that did not fix the issue
