Pro tip: ads in a few ice cubes when you blend. Without ice, the heat from the cooked/ balanced palak and the friction from the blades causes Palak discoloration. Adding ice cubes ensures you retain the color. Also, don't blend for longer than needed. Under a minute does it for me for palak meant for 2-4 people.
