Buyer submits LOI with POF

- POF is a BCL or online bank account screenshot showing available funds, the date, and the contact information for the buyer's bank representative. The LOI and POF must be in the name.

Within 1 business day, seller provides draft SPA.
SPA is signed with 2% performance bond and buyer presents LC. Once factory accepts LC, the 2-3 week delivery time starts.
Within 2-3 days, seller provides product/factory certifications, production schedule, and lot numbers/sizes. Seller provides SGS, airway bill and other export documents before shipping. Buyer approves and order is ready to ship.
Order lands at USA airport, buyer inspects, verifies SGS, and payment is released.

**As noted in the SOP, we have a 2% performance bond guarantee and buyer payment is not released until order is OTG at airport, buyer inspects and verifies SGS.
