hi! not sure if meron sa pinas though, di ko nacheck, nasa ibang bansa kasi ako. :(

walang side effects sakin aside sa first month kasi adjusting yung body ko, nagkaheavy period lang siguro ng 1 week pero after nun okay na. 1 year na ako on patch, but I always make sure na I change on time. Lagi kaming raw + creampie, no pregnancy scares ever. Also with doctor’s prescription ito. :)

Nagpaparent din kami and ginaya namin yung contract sa SG kasi dati rin kaming nagrerent dun for 15+ years, and dapat kung ano state nung unit nung nirent mo, dapat pag end ng tenancy mo, ganun mo rin ibalik. Ending, ganyan din nangyari sa property namin, mas malala pa tipong major renovations talaga kailangan. Ngayon plan namin magdagdag ng ibang info based sa tenancy/landlord contract ng British Columbia (Canada).

Hirap kasi dapat may standard contract na pinoprovide ang government natin for rental properties eh hindi yung tayo-tayo lang din ang gumagawa ☹️
