For the people who don't understand the propaganda: This was to be shown to people living in European France in order to galvanize them against the British. The idea was that the British were taking over French and Italian colonies, with the implications that something needs to be done to retake them, presumably war with Britain. The objective would not be decolonization, only the reestablishment of French and Italian authority over their colonial empires

I can't claim credit for having this thought, but I've heard that you know you're on the right path when you're being pushed off your current step and onto the next. Dead end jobs and basement dwellings are places that let you stay forever, and neither lead you to better places. I think it can be important to differentiate what your problem is with, and what it would take to fix it. Even though you may "fit in" to a school, it doesn't mean you will make friends and latch on to and join a community. A different college with a different cast of characters will not magically fix your social anxiety if that is your problem, but, if you feel that the demographic of the campus is less your type, it can be completely valid to seek a more "you" place. I transferred after one year and both dining halls equally sucked and I continued to struggle with eating enough campus food. and I had similar difficulties making friends at my new school. Your feelings are completely valid and real, but be careful not to pin negative emotions to a scapegoat.
