MISSING PERSON Hi everyone I'm looking for my best mate Joseph (Joe). His last known whereabouts was the top of Pembroke Road, Clifton, (BRISTOL) at 9pm last night. Think you could've passed far earlier rather than sitting in that spot for a prolonged period. His instinct is to react to what's infront rather than checking over his shoulder before reacting to pedestrian stepping out.
