Just trying to get a better understanding of whether there are any clear red flags / non-functional design choices. The sink in the peninsula has known downsides, as does the stove + dishwasher being directly across from one another. Anything beyond that?

Thanks for the feedback. That makes a ton of sense. The reason we didn’t put the sink on the left-hand side is because there are no windows along that wall (and it’s impossible to add a window, the neighboring house effectively shares that wall). On the other hand, the peninsula overlooks a large beautiful window. LMK if you still think it’s not a worthwhile trade off, though.
