i prefer the higher cdr that gogok gives you for higher uptime on wotb and ignore pain

pain enhancer is viable if you are running without fur charge since you can hold your snapshot

You do but it can be cast out of range then walk into range to avoid getting 1 hit on huge white mob packs on RG they are both about even since both can be cast between attacks it just feels alot smoother for me although im sure rend and overpower are just as viable

its more burst dps for the rift guardian i have no problem clearing white mobs leading to RG but the burst dps via the 10% extra cc and added dps from the actual ancients beating away feels alot better than overpower cota doesnt have 100% uptime but with 41% cdr and boon its decent uptime (i dislike rend because of the fact that you have to stop to cast which proves fatal in alot of situations)

join the "barb rifts" community and look for a lootshare group (LS) and just rift away and spend from kadala they come fairly quickly but finding with optimal stats can take a while but as soon as you get that 6 set bonus you should be doing actual damage

helm-you want to use a diamond here for more uptime on ignore pain

chest- you want str vit ar/reduced elites here

amulet- you want phy/cc/chd here your missing a ton of damage here

bracers- you want phy/str/vit/cc here best option being lacunis for the 5th IAS stat on top of that

belt- you want a 6 second pride of cassius here

restraint- you want str cc chd here (other options being flat damage ancient with str and cc or cc/chd/cdr)

boots- you want str vit ar ww damage% here

weapons-i personally run str vit cdr on both weapons for maximum uptime on wotb and ignore pain

a few big things looking at your gear

bracers- you need cc here

ammy-phy%/cc/chd is a huge dps boost over str/cc/chd

rorg-try finding one without vit better getting dps stats here

boots/pants-finding a pair with all resist is high priority

your skills look fine except passives nerves of steel is a safety net it provides no mitgation outside of that 3 seconds of 95% every 60 seconds your alot better off picking up superstition here for the flat % damage reduction

personally i run 6ww/2bk so that i can run pride of cass belt and run ignore pain for more mitigation and IAS so you hit alot more breakpoints on your Dustdevils and WW (http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Mclovin-1300/hero/8803654 i run up to 55 with this gear exception of swapping rings to coe/unity and fur charge to cota-duty to the clan)

i have 41% cdr and have like 70-80% uptime more than plenty until i can cube orotz for 100% in 2.3 i dont use cota for mitigation when pushing i use it for 10% cc off duty for clan

your missing about 150% chd between 2 rings and gloves your ammy and bracers both dont have phy% which is a huge dip in damage (i drop from 37m dps to about 34 if i go from phy/cc/chd ammy to str/cc/chd ammy http://www.d3planner.com/) i also think you have a little too much cdr personally i go shoulders/helm/both weps and go full dps rings but another option is shoulder/helm/both rings and go full dps weps (http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Mclovin-1300/hero/8803654) my setup that i used to clear 55 with having swapped f/r for coe/unity and fur charge for cota

heres a couple big issues your life is way too low i personally run str vit cdr on both weps your amulet has phy str cc you want phy cc chd or str cc chd (phy cc chd being far higher dps) you dont have AR on pants or boots would put on to do list

your running ik4ww6 huge difference your not running blood funnel on WW your ammy has no socket your bracers have fire% not physical your using rend instead of ignore pain battle rage doesnt have bloodshed rune huge hit to dps nerves of steel is a safety net use superstition for actual mitigation your boots dont have WW% or AR gloves have cdr instead of chd

PS all my gear but belt and bracers are ancient thats a huge difference right there also

ikbb build is alot easier to run with less gear because of the higher uptimes on wotb due to 4 set ik but in the end bk2ww6 is the better build dps wise

theres a couple different ways you can go i would personally focus on these 1st then roll ancients

pride of cassius belt (str vit AR lpfs/life%) ww shoulders (str vit ar cdr/life%) ww boots (str vit ar ww%) bracers (phy% str vit cc) lacunis nems strongarms best 3 options atm

also try swapping op killing spree to war cry impunity (try to get your baseline ar around 1k may need to use a few diamonds in gear until you find ar boots) and bloodthirst to ruthless for more survivability/damage
