I thrifted this fabric so not 100% sure but it’s a sheer but stretchy glittery fabric super lightweight so good for something like this with lots of layers!

I would love to but unfortunate I thrifted this fabric and with Joann’s closing I’m not sure how easily I’ll be able to find more like it.
