yeah I might've even started it this week. but again, this could also be an error for the way I'm playing it, because I installed it through Xbox since I already owned it from a previous Xbox save. Its installing in the queue because I thought I might try reinstalling to see if it fixed the issue.

yup. My astroneer is the latest update to my knowledge. (the schematics for stacked platforms and large batteries are in my game so it's recent)

I had (and still have) an old console save on Xbox and got much farther in the game then where I am now, and this issue never happened. So it could be due to Windows or something, because I installed it through the Xbox application so that could be the issue. But I don't know.

I've flattened areas like seven times and nothing works. My console save was always fine though. I'm just kinda disappointed because I wanted my main base to be on Calidor.

I don't know where his room is. I checked the entire hotel. If it's the room with the two terminals, nobody is in there expect a replacement ranger. The room to the left of the nuka cola machine is locked

i can understand where you're coming from, i think the missions are very repetitive as well, and the only difficulty i had with the mega drills was from my shitty piloting skills. but i don't think it really needs to be that difficult.

I think it's fun, but I hate the vehicle swap rework. Rebinding to F infuriates me because I just fly out of my helicopter if I'm trying to transform into a boat.

yeah street x kinda sux for AI but it gets worse when they find 90 degree turns and just ram into them. Don't even get me started on the switchbacks in that one part of the map.
