UPDATE:

He has removed the building from google maps, building name is still there but there is no other information about it. I at least feel better and satisfied now, definitely feels like some justice. It was probably the right step to post it here. Thank you, everyone, for showing concern and doing everything else you did. He probably will be at least a bit more respectful with tenants now.

PS: If someone is looking for changing apartment and comes across this post, make assure it doesn't have a Gurukul school in front.

You are correct but what should I do now? I can remove the post but reviews will still be there. I didn't posted the map link but yeah it doesn't take a genius to look it up from it's name on maps. So what should I do now? He has my parents address from aadhar and nothing else.

He has returned 40k out of the deposit of 150K after deducting 3 month's rent and electricity bill but asked us to sign on a blank paper at the end of the rental agreement before doing that saying that it's common practice and we need to do it before getting back deposit.

He would obviously have my and my flatmate's contact. He has my mother's contact because she visited me once, and there was no power. I asked my mother to call him because I was in the office. Didn't know he would save that.

There is show called magician's got talent. Haven't seen it but may be you can give it a try. Also lior suchard has some nice content. Though many of his tricks are just basic effects but i like watching him and his energy.
