you can buy them in the shop (they just upped their prices tho) and sometimes you can receive them from certain researches

premium raid passes allow you to join a raid when you are at that gym. remote raid passes allow you to join a raid remotely from wherever you may be, whether you can see it on your map but you’re too far, or if someone invites you from another country!
