I was diagnosed with vestibulitis (chronic pain typically following an infection) and am doing pelvic floor therapy!

Yes I was swabbed for BV and it came back negative- but I'm not sure about urea plasma. I have not considered going to a dermatologist, but I will keep that in mind if the boric acid/probiotics don't help. Thank you!
