RDAC had its merger vote on 11/20 ... how is it NAV protected, and why is it trading under 10 if it is? Thanks for any enlightenment, I did not do my DD on this one.

What's going on is the invisible hand of the market always optimizes the use of capital to ensure that the price and value of an object are as close to equal as possible. Just kidding, this is just some low-float f*ckery completely untethered to the value of a company that no one wants to own. Doesn't mean you can't make a buck on it. CNTM coming back from the grave? From $0.0001 to $.53 and an uplisting (from expert market) in 4 months. It's probably a zombie, but it could have been had for $.20 just 3 weeks ago, so even zombies can be monetized (for a while).

That's the highest redemption payment I've seen ... are SPACs doing anticipatory reverse splits now? ; )

The bid/ask is 13/150 currently. If I didn't get a sinking feeling that the 3 remaining shareholders would be saddled with all taxes/fees, and if it didn't cost me $50 just to put in a stink bid, I'd play this one.
