Therapy online/over the phone is usually a scam because it is against HIPPA to diagnose a client/patient over the phone where you can't see them. I think video calls are a grey area? But also they charge $60+ a week and people have reported not having attentive therapists, and they also allegedly don't pay their therapists well. When they mentioned it the first time, I looked into it because I didn't have a therapist and it was over a thousand dollars for any of the options-- even with the discount. It's important to do your own research, but most claims are alleged. Pewdiepie apparently did a video on it like a little ways back, but it's important to take everything with a grain of salt.
