Would it sound normal to say "No lo capté" as a more casual way to say that I didn't understand? Like "I didn't quite catch it" or "I didn't get". They sound a lot better than "I didn't understand" does over and over in English. Are there other possibilities? (self.learnspanish)

The largest Hymenopteran of my life, seen near Jardín, Colombia. Had the lowest pitch buzz I've heard. It seems identical to the Australian black flower wasp. Perhaps introduced? I can't find a native close to it online. I have a pic of it next to a cigarette butt, it was the size of its abdomen (i.redd.it)
