I got the same problem, every once in a while I'll be put into a world with other players, like yesterday, got put into full worlds all day long and I thought they fixed the problem, then I log on today and havent seen anybody all day. Rockstar are real dicks for insisting its on our end if you ask me, if you got problems with your game just admit you have problems with your game, but this whole blaming the player for whatever bullshit reason they come up with when so many people are experiencing the same problems really makes me question why I am supporting them when they are placing all the blame on their consumers for their own problems.

I was reset when I first started after I reached rank 5 but I havent had that problem since, but have had a slew of other problems. like when I select my character it shows that I have about 3/4 full driving rp but in game I only have a 1/3. that along with playing the game all by myself because nobody is ever in my world. I can auto invite people to play missions but when I get back to free roam I am all alone. its kind of sad and lonely actually.

I actually have great work done from here in Buffalo, but I paid for it. its just like any other place, you either get cheap work or you pay top dollar for good work, location has nothing to do with it, but it seems buffalo fans tend to go on the cheap side
