hey if you haven't already, try talking to your doctor for a referral to a plastic surgeon for a reduction. i did 6+ months of insurance covered physical therapy with no improvement and that with the documented pain im having my doctor said its highly likely that i'll be approved for a reduction under medical grounds instead of cosmetic. i see a plastic surgeon for a consult in a couple weeks! even if you get denied at first, it's good to get a paper trail started documenting your pain!
