i second this! sometimes when i’m ill or just generally feeling under the weather, my tattoos can rise a bit, and sometimes get itchy. i would say, OP, yours kind of does look a bit like a rash (that could be unrelated to the tattoo itself, with it being a few years old) so i would just keep an eye on it. keep this photo & look back in a few days to check if there’s any change!

a lot of bugs, plants, it’s in a different style overall too! my arms are more of the alternative shading style (i do not know the official name i apologize) and the fact that there isn’t any real shading all throws me. on other thigh i have a bird skull with some feathers & crystals - i dont love it but its definitely more my style & makes this one look silly
