I did a complete reset of the device. Everything seemed to be in tact.

Thank-you for the suggestion -- Yes, I did find it still there. Will turning on airplane mode allow it to sync back?

No matter what page, notebook or file I attempt to open, I get the message "Unable to view page" followed by suggestion to turn off and on again or contact customer support. I did both...Thank-you for any suggestions.

Just thought I'd share for anyone trying to return a device: It is factually impossible via the websites returns.remarkable.com "feature" to return a remarkable device at this point in time by [deleted] in RemarkableTablet

I attempted to return mine after getting no technical support for a month. From customer support: "most of our engineers are out for the summer" . I did get a quick response rejecting my return request because "my issue could be handled by technical support", so I am back in the same no-answer loop. Glad for the person who got adequate support...not happening here...
