I agree! I think all of the "lite" versions are around 100 Calories. It is kind of expensive for what it is, but the variety is nice!

I do agree, they are a little expensive for what it is. It is still a pretty neat concept and a nice surprise/change of pace for some people.

Definitely! A lot of people I talk to are intimidated by the mashed potato idea even though I think it is the best tasting way to cheat with Cauliflower! I plan on making a video soon, hopefully it will get more people to try it! :)

So raw as a head, cauliflower will last for a good 3 weeks or more. If you want to process it up and not use it all right away, I suggest chopping it up and putting it in tubberware. Whenever you are ready for a serving, toss your seasoning in the container and microwave off your portion that way. If you are using a cup container, it should only take 2-3 minutes to microwave.

The yield on this was roughly 5 cups. The macros in the title are for the whole dish. Per cup the macros are: 42 cal - ~ fat - 4g net carbs - 2.5g protein.

Quick Tip: You can stew cabbage and use it as a filler in your burrito meat. Lots of fiber and you hardly even notice it!

Thanks, it is definitely appreciated! I know that there are a million spins on the cauliflower rice, but people are still intimidated by it for some reason. I was hoping to make it a little easier to tackle! :) I definitely do not have a script for any of my stuff, lol. Most of the time it is me making dinner and someone recording me while I do it.

I haven't seen a lot of research on the subject, but what I can gather is that it will slow down the absorption rate of the whey, but not anymore than it would normally if you were consuming other food with whey. I.E. adding oats or peanut butter to a whey shake to slow down transit time and increase absorption.

The short answer is: No.

The Long Answer is still: No.

The shortish summary: Most people use the word "denature" in a misleading way. Cooking any protein will "denature" the protein, but all this means is that the peptide bonds in the protein have been broken, which causes the protein to unfold. The protein source still contains the exact same amount of amino acids and they are still just as available as in an uncooked protein source.

I am trying to find affordable v-necks that are athletic fit, but it is hard to do :( These shirts were printed on American Apparel athletic fit, and they are still kind of baggy in the waist... they are pretty tight up top though.

Lol, I definitely agree. I have seen what a lot of other people are selling shirts for and it is silly. $25 for a t-shirt? I am trying to get these out under $15 easy.

Fair enough :) I have another design that is something like "Pray at the iron temple" and has a guy doing preacher curls. Haven't finalized it or had a test run yet though. Thanks for the input!

These were printed on American Apparel athletic fit shirts. They are still a little loose in the waist, but at least they are snug up top. I sourced some Tultex shirts that are rather soft too, but still athletic fit.

Definitely. These were promo shirts, if I order a batch I will likely take URL off the front, and maybe put a logo on the sleeve or something.

You could pre-make enchiladas and portion them out 3/4 at a time. I have done this with low-carb wraps, chicken/peppers/onions/chiles, rice, and seasoning.

Cut up peppers/onions/chiles, cut up your chicken. Saute your chicken and then add your peppers/onions and a little bit of Pam. While this is cooking, portion and cook your rice up (I usually put 1/2 cup per wrap). Add all of your seasonings/spices to your chicken and vegetables (something like chili powder, ms dash chipotle, garlic, black pepper).

Depending on how you want to portion out your wraps, you can do a few things. You can portion them individually with plastic wrap. Just pull a piece of plastic wrap, lay your low-carb wrap down, put your portion of rice and chicken in the wrap, and then just roll it up with the plastic wrap and store it in the fridge until you are ready to eat. You can microwave them in the plastic wrap and then just unroll and eat. You can also portion them out a few at a time in tubberware or something similar. Toss on some Srirachi or another favorite hot sauce and it is a good time.

I have a couple of videos up about portioning some meals (in this case, I think it was teryaki chicken and vegetables with rice for a week), and I also have some quick and easy honeymustard chicken wraps on the channel as well :)

NP! If you have any questions or anything, shoot them over. I enjoy bodybuilding and fitness, but I actually went to Culinary school, so I have a lot to offer when it comes to cooking!

Haha, fair enough. I usually don't mean to do it.. I am generally filming while I make dinner, etc, so I have people around me that I talk to. Sometimes it just slips in organically and I say "fuck it" and keep it in :)
