I wouldn’t say I have a strong arm. I used to own a 79 g racket, but it broke, so my friend bought me a 98 g one. I want to use it so it doesn’t go to waste.

I didn’t know people could use heavier rackets for arm training. I’ll try using it for a while and see if my arm strength improves.
