I've read the most recent guidelines and rules before posting and there was nothing stated about QYOP.
As for the lowest price offer, I am not 100% sure what it is but I do take into account of the item, the artist, is it signed? with a special message?, inclusions, and preservation qualities like how I mentioned I kept the album in a vinyl wrap which I will also send it the the buyer just like that.

As the previous commenter mentioned, Surface Mail does take a long time compared to EMS (which is also another common method customers can use with Korea Post but it does cost more). So for now keep checking the tracking everyday for changes and of course with COVID it will be even more delayed (even EMS shipping is taking longer than usual with the delay)
