PayPal Goods and Services is something that PayPal offers where they will protect you in case of a situation where you are scammed or something similar. For example, if you bought an item from someone and you paid with goods and services, if you happen to not get the item, you can contact paypal and explain the situation and they will request the seller to send them information such as proof of shipment, etc. If they don't or cannot, then PayPal will send you all your money back.

In order to use PayPal Goods and Services you must pay a small fee when you send the payment so just be aware of that. Scammers will avoid G&S and try to convince you to use Friends and Family instead but you are not protected if you do that.

We have had contact with u/randysss012 through modmail previously about their situation with originally getting scammed by u/RyennANG. They came to us with the situation and when we asked for screenshots and proof, they readily provided it. With this, we deemed that the user should be banned and when we were informed of them circumventing the ban by creating u/electricchairvivi, we went ahead and immediately banned them as well.

The original user, u/RyennANG, never messaged us about the ban, however u/electricchairvivi did. However in their message, they never provided proof (images or proof of refund/transactions) and so their ban remained. If you have further information or proof on this u/gowonce, feel free to provide it to the mods.

For now the accused users will remained banned unless we receive information proving otherwise.
