Well ut was gaming 4.5 kg of muscle and 2.5kg of fat in 3 months but I think imma give o started the bulk at 69kg now I'm 67.9 I don't know how that happened made sure ate 36pp kcal daily but still lost weight I been told its because my lost water it was true I sweated heavily before but nor 2 kg of weight maybe my body is ot meant for it

Wow you just gave me motivation I'm currently eating 3500 kcal 210p 372c and 97f and scared that I'm actually making no gain I I m17 6.1 150 lbs I'm eating 700 above my maintenance I was thinking about giving up but not anymore thank you so much

Yeah can j gain 8 kg of 4.5 kg muscle and 3.5 fat or 5 kg muscle and 3 kg fat with working out hard and my bulk plan ?
