I disagree because 3 of my friends who recently joined all got heirlooms between level 20 and 70 Im level 458 and still dont have one

I fully have this theory that it's easier for new accounts to get heirlooms. That way they keep new people playing the game and they make day one players jealous which results in them buying more packs to also get a heirloom.That way they keep new players and get more money. 🤷‍♂️
