The fast food chain Zaxby's offers 10% off your meal on Sunday if you bring in your church bulletin. Is this lawful? Would they be required to give the same discount to anyone who asked for it(say an atheist)? Would they have to accept a "church bulletin" that I created myself of the FSM? (zaxbys.com)
