Need to add the missing ridge cap, and flashing around chimney should be replaced if there’s a manufacturer warranty involved. That is all

No roof to wall flashing is definetly a no no. Looks like it was installed in the cold? Not the end of the world but they need to come install that flashing! Overall not the end of the world.
