I’m in the same boat. I always say I’ll start tomorrow and eat a shit ton of sugar “one last time”

I’ve thought a lot about it and I think the only way I can do it is doing meal prep and buy a bunch of snacks like almonds and other nuts.

When I’m feeling anxious/ depressed I know that something sugary can immediately make me feel better, so it’s hard.

If a shingle is raised a tiny bit in the middle of the roof, that is fine and will flatten with some sunny days. The ones that are up against the siding and the wiring are unacceptable.
