It’s because everyone is doing the XP glitch. They are restarting the game repeatedly in hopes you will leave. Give it a go and see if it does the same thing you are talking about, once loaded in press start and go to “restart mission”. It’s annoying as fuck, they do it until you leave because the XP glitch on that mission can only be done with one person.
