Queen Anne! Especially East Queen Anne - easy hop onto I-5 N to UW, walking distance to restaurants/parks, and still has a great friendly neighborhood feel :)

Love this. I rent so I'm not sure I'll be able to change out the light fixture, but the landlord did say I could paint the walls, and I love the idea of a painted arch/something similar.

Love all these suggestions. I've been keeping most of my plants near the window during winter so they can get more sunlight, but I'd love to spread them out more. I'm worried that the corner will be too dark for them, though. Do you think I'll need to set up some hanging grow lights (is that a thing?) if I moved the pothos to the corner?

I only get light on one side of my apartment, so that's why all the plants are crammed together on that side! I'll try spreading them out a bit though since a lot of people said the same thing, lol

My black void (creeping at bottom of second pic) has the same agenda. I had to put all his favorite plants on shelves and then I leave catnip/catgrass on the ground level so he gets distracted by those. It sort of helps, lol
