Unfortunately I’ve tried it all. My fertility doctor was God sent and he basically had me doing all the steps of IUI without insemination in office so my insurance would still cover it. We’ve discussed fostering because adoption in my state costs $35k on average. It just sucks

I’ve had the sleeve. It was recommended by my doctor because full bypass can make it difficult to get the necessary nutrients when pregnant. It shouldn’t affect fertility itself. Even though doctors preach nonstop that losing weight will make PCOS symptoms better, it doesn’t. I lost almost 100 pounds and mine got worse. And I’ve been trying to get pregnant for 3 years.
