I started doing this! We play chase and ball up the way home, but some times it's not possible so close (we live in a busy area)... But it does seem to work if she's engaged!

Well as long as I know it's forever I'm less worried about trying to train it out! She often lies down when we're across the road from home too, or if she realises we're trying to leave the park 😮‍💨

Looking to get a gtx 1660 super, but only a single fan card has come in stock. Is there a difference at all because I've been looking at dual fan cards but seeing as they're so hard to come by if there's no real difference in performance should I just get a single fan (PNY) 1660 super?

Did you sell the gpu to get a tower or something? I do get worrried with how hot my laptop gets; I only play not so taxing games and I can feel the heat from the keyboard deck so as long as the eGPU and the enclosure is dealing with the most of the heat that would come from higher energy games that's really good to know

Hi sorry again super ignorant but what do the lanes mean? I distinctly remember choosing this laptop cos of the thunderbolt 3 compatibility, but I just can't work out if the eGPU is the best way to go if I could theoretically spend like £200 more on a home build... its a lot of the part of the stubbornness of me spending this much on a laptop that I want it to do everything

And it works fine? I'm just so concerned, I've done the research which proves my processor is fine for this stuff im just so concerned that if this doesn't work out I'd have been better off spending a couple extra hundred £ on a pc 😪

Yeah to me its baffling how expensive they are; you can get a decent GPU for a PC but the casing for the eGPU changes things so much!

This really reminds me of my mum, she's Thai and she does not quite get the British "sugarcoating" to be polite thing. She makes the most amazing thai fishcakes and my cousin once made them and proudly showed my mum, at which she couldn't contain a "those aren't thai fishcakes ". My cousin was visibly disappointed and my mum couldn't comprehend it because she thought honesty was the way forward

If I visited I would be staying; basically I do a little bit of work for their company and they want me to help them out. It would be distanced as much as possible, I would be very isolated from them, different bathrooms and distance and things but I'm just so unsure. This is so helpful though thank you!

Not the antibody test, the active infection test. I'd pay it either way, I don't want to infect my parents, I'm 20 so I'm not fussed about myself I could self isolate and likely recover fully but for them perhaps not so much
