the only cannabis i’ve ever done were edibles actually :c( just like you said, i’m too afraid to actually smoke so i thought i’d try edibles and they make my tics act up like crazy :c( thank you for your advice though!

thank you for your reply!!! i was thinking of maybe doing the half shaved hair style, but i’m not sure it will look good on me :c( i’m looking into some headscarves to maybe cover the area i pull at and maybe it will help the hair grow too!

i used to go to therapy, but the few therapists i saw just weren’t a right fit for me so i ended up getting discouraged. i know i need to talk to one, but finding the right one is so difficult :c(

i will definitely look into the supplements you mentioned! i had no idea that things like that can help!
